sending your brain the cues associated with already having achieved
it results in a powerful force that moves you quickly to your goal.
The thing to keep in mind when trying to rid yourself

a habit. Each morning when you wake up, have your written goals
or visual cues present. When you look at these reminders, close
your eyes for a few short minutes and feel the feeling of having
